ClearSpot Travel needs two things to replay a trip: where you were and when you were there.
A timestamped GPX is usually the best source. Google Timeline JSON also works. Waze is more limited: its official archive records the start and end of each drive, not the full GPS track.

Yes, the export is often complicated and tedious. Providers rarely make it easy to take your GPS data out of their app, even though those points are yours. Their procedures also change without much warning.
