Use the data you already have

Garmin, Strava and dedicated GPS apps usually give the best track. Google Timeline can work too. Waze only exports the start and end of each drive.

Three steps

Get the file Export a timestamped GPS file from the app or device that recorded the trip.
Drop it into ClearSpot Travel Upload the file. ClearSpot Travel reads the coordinates, timestamps and elevation when available. ZIP and GZIP are accepted for supported files.
Press play Name the trip, choose the view and replay it. Export an MP4 if you want a video.

What should I upload?

A timestamped GPX is the safest choice. It usually contains the real recorded track, point by point.

GPX - best choice for recorded tracks
Google Timeline JSON - useful for trips stored in Google Maps Timeline
KML / KMZ - accepted when they contain usable location and time data
CSV - accepted when latitude, longitude and time can be identified
GeoJSON - accepted when it contains usable location and time data
ZIP / GZIP - accepted when they contain supported files
Legacy Google Location History - accepted for older archives the parser recognizes
Waze CSV or JSON - start and end of each drive, not a full track

Files without GPS timestamps are rejected. A path without time cannot be replayed.

Not all location data is equal

A Garmin or Strava GPX usually contains a recorded track with many timestamped points. Google Timeline can be less detailed. Waze official export gives only the start and end of each drive. ClearSpot Travel shows what is in the file instead of pretending all sources are equivalent.

It depends on what recorded the trip. Here are the shortest reliable paths.

Your trip stays yours

Uploaded trips are stored in your ClearSpot account. Delete a trip and its uploaded and generated files are deleted with it. Shared trip links are unlisted: someone needs the URL to open them.
