HTML player from a Garmin, Strava, or Timeline file you already have.

H.264 file with the ClearSpot mark. The web player stays on the site.

GPS density

The timeline is denser where you stopped, thinner on a motorway.

How it works

  1. Export a file with time from Garmin Connect, Strava, Timeline, or any GPX app.
  2. Drop the file here. Zip and gzip are accepted.
  3. Name the trip, choose 2.5D or F-16, press play.

Accepted formats

Timestamped GPX (best), KML/KMZ, CSV, Timeline JSON, zip or gzip of the same.

Best result: GPX with time and elevation.

Get a file out of the app

Timeline is coarser than a watch GPX. Waze archives are often start and end only.

Connect website. Export to GPX.

Official data archive (CSV).

On-device Timeline.json. Coarser than GPX.

Use Timeline. Old Takeout files still import.

Trips sit on your ClearSpot account. Delete a trip and the files go with it. Share URLs are unlisted.
